Dos and Don'ts of Preparing for Your Big Day

Slide 2:

Getting married is one of the biggest, most important days of your life. The planning process can be a whirlwind and even the most prepared bride can overlook a few minor details as her big day approaches. To help you be prepared, here are a few dos and don’ts.   Do Remember your Marriage License   You’d be surprised how many couples forget their marriage certificate on their big day. After all the time and money spent on the ceremony, it would be nice to make it official, and it won’t be until you sign that license.

Slide 3:

Don’t Forget an Emergency Kit   Every bride needs an emergency kit in case a nail breaks, someone steps on your dress or spills on it or you get a stomach ache right before you walk down the aisle. Put together a kit that includes backup phone chargers, band aids, a sewing kit, some medicine and other supplies you may need in a pinch and entrust it with your maid of honor.   Don’t Forget to Eat   You’ll be so busy running around and mingling with your guests that you may forget to eat. When you hear horror stories of brides passing out, it’s probably because they forgot to eat. You spent a lot of time planning that wedding menu so try to enjoy it.

Slide 4:

Do Enjoy Yourself   That seems like a given, but try not to let little things set back your mood. Remember why you’re having your wedding in the first place and enjoy the celebration of you and your new spouse.   For more information on wedding food catering in San Diego, visit this website .
