Effects on elderly Studies show that exercise can slow not only the physical but the mental decline that comes with ageing exercise helps increase reaction Studies of 5000 men and women over 65 show that the physically active were less likely to develop mental disabilities as their age progressed

Effects on adolescents The earlier one begins a active lifestyle the more long term affect it can have Exercise helps you sleep better which in term also helps you make more clear thoughts Benefits are not just short term Exercise enhances brain function   Exercise protects the brains function Improves learning ability as well as concentration

Treat your mind with exercise Aerobic activity releases hormones. These hormones are key players in your nervous system and in boosting your mood to make you feel good. Endorphins also release in your body during activity. They help relieve pain and create a sense of well-being.
