Is it better to make a fortune quickly - or over time? Lending guidelines are going up and down
I think they should just stay the same

I think they should stay the same because the more the government changes it – the more fickle they appear and the less impact the changes make when they are made.
Slide 4:
In my opinion – people would purchase more over time (if the policies stayed the same) as opposed to if the policies went up and then came back down.
I think this because people would have a stable market to base their income on.
