Acrostic poetry :Acrostic poetry An acrostic poem uses the letters in a word to begin each line of the poem.
All lines of the poem should relate to or describe the topic.

Concrete poetry :Concrete poetry A concrete poem is a poem that takes the shape of the object it describes.
These poems are based on the spacing of words.
The pattern of the letters illustrate the meaning of the poem.
Trees/a concrete poem :Trees/a concrete poem
Form poetry :Form poetry A form poem has a specific formula to be followed in relation to writing each line of the poem.
Sometimes it uses repetition, shape, number of words per line, or topic as the basis for the form.
Diamond Shaped Poetry :Diamond Shaped Poetry A type of form poem where the number of words for each line will create a diamond shape.

Fighting, conquering, striving
Reaching for the top
Winning is sometimes
