Steps to Managing Stress First Step Know what the mental and physical symptoms of stress are. Examples- headache, stomach ache, difficulty sleeping, short temper, easily frustrated, crying 4

Steps to Managing Stress Second Step Figure out what is causing your stress and then try to deal with the stress. Examples- talk to a doctor, talk to your parents, talk a guidance counselor or trusted teacher 5
