Identify all positive aspects of the information you gathered
Healthy eating habits
Identify all negative aspects of the information you gathered
Time away from friends/family
Energy crash/not feel well
Step 4 : Step 4 Evaluate your Pros and Cons
What should you do?
Look carefully at your pros and cons
Discuss with a family member
What would be best for you
What are your values
Step 5 : Step 5 Make your decision
You will make your decision based on your values, time and what’s important to you and your family
Step 6 : Step 6 Follow up
Was the decision you made the right choice?
If it is – GREAT!
If it is not – what can you do to correct it?
What would you do differently next time?
