Interpreting Data Be responsible with the data – don’t draw conclusions before asking questions. Look into the data deeper – pull up more detailed data from the STaR Chart website. Use the data to inspire more research and data collection.

What the data tells us : 

What the data tells us BHS is firmly in the developing technology phase. Statewide data for 2007-2008 shows most districts firmly in the same phase for the first two key areas. 95% of all districts fell into the developing technology phase or advanced technology phase for 2007-2008.
