How does it work ? The Price Tracking Application collects directly on Internet the prices of each operators. All the prices are crawled and stored into a specific database. The crawling schedule and the period of time can be configured easily by the end-user. The diagram on the right describes the main elements and the operative steps of the device in charge of the gathering, monitoring and treatment of the datas.

Price pilote functionnalities The PricePilote application is divided into three main modules : Pricing Alert Pricing Position This module provides a search engine which permits to track and to collect dynaminically and in real time the tariff offers of the renting operators. Pricing Overview This module enables to personalize alerts in order to be informed of any changes - prices, availabilities, conditions- by email or on personal ASP plateform. This module provides recommandations based on the collected information. The objective is to determine the best way to increase margins.

Pricing Overview Once the city selected, the system asks to choose for each operator (Avis, Europcar…), the agencies to monitor. The end-user can select all or some of the agencies available.

End results : For each price collected, the system indicates the search engine, the company, depart date, arrival date, the agency, the price, the vehicule type. Pricing Alert To configure an alert, there are two possibilities : fill the form above with the criteria corresponding to your interests or, save the results of a Market Overview Search and transform them into an alert. The results of the alerts are received by email or displayed on a personal ASP plate-form, whenever there is a price modification (or other changes important for your business). Choose a title and select a periodicity.

Pricing Recommandations Thanks to data mining and reporting technologies, this module is entirely adaptable to customers specific needs. It enables to quickly conceive specific processing scripts and detect products on which you can increase your margins. Eg : Different layouts are prepared to visualize and anticipate the pricing of selected operators. Graphics are displayed by an internet browser and exported into a text document.
