Introduction Culture is concerned with beliefs and values on the basis of which people interpret experiences and behave, individually and in groups. It’s a set of norms, guidelines, or expectations that prescribe appropriate kinds of behavior by employees in particular situations and control the behavior of organizational members towards one another.

Culture tends to change with time, but make sure it doesn’t have a negative impact on employees behavior over a period of time
