Definition of Leadership : 

Definition of Leadership Wikipedia – “process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task” Webster’s – 1) the office or position of a leader, 2) capacity to lead, 3) the act or an instance of leading

My Definition for the 21st Century : 

My Definition for the 21st Century Leadership is the art of motivating others towards a vision or common goal.

What does it take to be a leader? : 

What does it take to be a leader? Leadership is two-fold The base = your core values. Many of which the psychodynamic approach says is from family (particularly parents). The rest are developed and nurtured over a lifetime by other external factors. Actions – are dictated by those values and used on a situational basis based upon the followers needs.

Core Values : 

Core Values Are a set of Characteristics that the leader embodies. Servanthood, Integrity, Vision, Passion, Hope, Consistency, Ethical Key words - Empowerment, Art, Mentor, Ushers in change, Moral.


Core Values Lead to Actions : 

Core Values Lead to Actions Mark 10: 43-44 (NIV Version) “whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be slave to all.”
