Experienced the systems of conducting Insurance business through TPD. Actively conducted the trainings for Manappuram, popular & karvy. Enjoyed the outside classroom training. 2007 May –The battle begins! : 2007 May –The battle begins! Peerless launch Faced a massive crowd along along with my supervisor Mr. Vishwanathan A totally different experience from agency training A shift from a small class room to big open places The MOS : The MOS Conducted by Shelly Aroara First batch- A team forever! Sachin & Sandeep Best comment by Shelly which boosted my confidence. “ A god given stage presence” Peerless training : Peerless training Going to the nook corner of Kerala Carried the LCD, Laptop and conducted the training anywhere and everywhere of Kerala. 2007-June : 2007-June Manthan II A first time experience of being tested on your knowledge, presentation & content making. Won the best presenter award. Launches : Launches Launched India Bulls in south in various locations like Hyderabad, Karnataka & Kerala. Received the medallion for “ successfully launching India bulls” NCIL : NCIL Launched NCIL in Kerala Taken aback by seeing the massive crowd of 2000 + people in a Hall. Enjoyed being received with a garland, music and flowers on your way. 2008 : 2008 The year started with an appreciating mail from Mr. Sushanto, Guru and Vishy. Attended “ Training is Ain’t Telling” Nominated to attend the Impact TTT. Nominated to attended to BCS TTT. 2008- an year of awards : 2008- an year of awards “Manthan III” module making competition with 4 other people. Won the “Initiator of the Quarter Q3” Won the Trainer of the quarter Q3 Won the Trainer of the Quarter Q4 Won the “Trainer of the Year 2008” 2009- Unprecedented times : 2009- Unprecedented times The PD had seen a slight decline of business along with other channels due to recession. A new outlook to business of Insurance in toughest times. We looked for different ways and means to to claw back to the good old times. Peerless stands unaffected during these times 2009- Venturing : 2009- Venturing Tied up with Artha money- they folded up their mother business. Manappuram was not steady in their Insurance operations. Had talks with PSS, Alligro, Kosamattom and veroius channels. Fixed our foot strongly on ethical business. 2009 : 2009 Won the 2nd time Manthan III module making competition. Successfully Conducted various training like SSW, “Mission Pragati” and Segmented career Selling strategies even in the toughest times of 2009. The best comment : The best comment “He is a Malayalam speaking Gurucharan Singh Gandhi” The best comment I have ever heard Location – Manthan ii The best colleagues rather friends? : The best colleagues rather friends? A team which is well-bonded A team which is “ One for all , all for one” Raghavn, Shaik & Kiran Learning from each other. Supervisors or mentors! : Supervisors or mentors! Mr. V.
