PAGAALAGA NG BUHOK :

PAGAALAGA NG BUHOK

PAGAALAGA NG BUHOK :

PAGAALAGA NG BUHOK 1. Do not shampoo on a daily basis. 2. Avoid fastening your ponytail in the same spot in order to minimize damage. 3. Do not comb wet hair from roots to ends

PAGAALAGA NG BUHOK :

PAGAALAGA NG BUHOK 4. Stop brushing your hair for shine. 5. Do not blow-dry wet hair. 6. Massage your scalp with your fingertips. 7. Use proper brush. 8. Do not mask dandruff; treat it.

PAGAALAGA NG NGIPIN :

PAGAALAGA NG NGIPIN

PAGAALAGA NG NGIPIN :

PAGAALAGA NG NGIPIN Step 1: Begin by gently cleaning the outer surfaces of your upper teeth first, then your lower teeth, 2-3 teeth at a time. Tilt your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle against the gumline and sweep the brush away from the gumline. Step 2: Using the same technique as on the outside surface of your teeth, (hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle against the gumline and sweep the brush away from the gumline), clean the inner surfaces (tongue side) of your upper teeth and then your lower teeth.

PAGAALAGA NG NGIPIN :

PAGAALAGA NG NGIPIN Step 3: Gently brush the chewing surface of each tooth using short back and forth strokes. Do not scrub your teeth. Scrubbing your teeth can cause the enamel on your teeth to wear down and weaken as well as causing your gums to recede or become damaged. Step 4: Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath. Step 5: Gently floss your teeth. Step 6: Rinse with warm water or mouthwash to remove any loose debris and excess toothpaste.

PHYSICAL CARE :

PHYSICAL CARE

SHAVING O PAGAAHIT :

SHAVING O PAGAAHIT Soak in warm water first for at least three minutes Pull the skin straight and taut with one hand, and shave with the other. Do not apply pressure with the razor (if you need to, it means your razor is too dull). razors usually instruct you to shave in the direction of the hair growth.

SHAVING O PAGAAHIT :

SHAVING O PAGAAHIT Rinse the blade often. Hairs on the blade will interfere with shaving. Don't go over an area repeatedly, as this can cause irritation. Go slowly. If you go to quickly, you may cut yourself, miss hairs or cause razor burn.

PAGHUHUGAS NG MUKHA :

PAGHUHUGAS NG MUKHA

PAGHUHUGAS NG MUKHA :

PAGHUHUGAS NG MUKHA 1. Be sure to get rid of all traces of cosmetics on your face.   2. Only use lukewarm water   3. Avoid using harsh soaps or cleansers that will dry out your skin and eliminate all natural lipids 4. Use your middle and pinky fingers to gently massage your face upwards.

PAGHUHUGAS NG MUKHA :

PAGHUHUGAS NG MUKHA 5. Always rinse your face well to get rid of any soap or cleanser residue that can clog your pores  6. Never rub your face to dry it.  7. Use toner that is alcohol free on your face which will help your face to feel smooth and refreshed.   8. Finish off your cleansing with a light moisturizer to replenish the natural oils that have been lost

PAGPUPUTOL NG KUKO :

PAGPUPUTOL NG KUKO

PAGPUPUTOL NG KUKO :

PAGPUPUTOL NG KUKO Wash hands with mild soap, using a nailbrush. Soak the hands in warm water for a few minutes to soften the cuticles (the bits of skin at the bottom of the nails). Very gently push back the cuticles if they are long and ragged.

PAGPUPUTOL NG KUKO :

PAGPUPUTOL NG KUKO Trim the nails to the same length, cutting off any snaggy or spiky bits. File the ends of the nails to smooth them off. If your hands are dry, apply some handcream (it doesn't have to be the girly stuff that stinks of flowers, lads).
