History :
History 62 years old housewife.
DM x 36 yrs, HT x 16 yrs, DLP x 4 yrs, Bronchial asthma x 21/2 yrs on inhalers, stopped 6 months back.
H/O exertional dyspnoea NYHA class II x 3 yrs.
F/H CAD +, mother died at 65yrs, brother died at 73 yrs of MI.
Had AWMI on 27 sept. Presented to local hospital on 28th.
Was lysed with Inj. STK.
Post lysis 2 D echo revealed poor LV function.
