Why do people live in palaces? By Carmen Celebrities live in palaces because the palaces are big and open and there are beautiful gardens. If they are a king or queen they have a palace that belongs to them. 5

What is the difference between a palace and a castle? By Carmen Kings and queens live in palaces and castles. Castles are much stronger than palaces. It is hard for enemies to get into a castle because it has strong walls and a drawbridge and it is easier to defend. 6

They have big paintings on the walls and huge chandeliers hanging down from the selling.
