In the previous school year, the following situations has been noted in some schools: Some school heads and district supervisors/coordinators are very lax in terms of instructional supervision; Some Master Teachers are not performing their technical assistance functions; Work/subject loads are not equitably distributed to the teachers in school- “equal work for equal pay principle”; MOOE funds, SBRMS funds, SBM funds, PTA funds and other available funds in schools are not judiciously spent by the school heads.:

The Program of Works and Estimates (POWE) duly supported with pictures of school buildings to be repaired shall be submitted to the Division Physical Facilities Unit not later than June 30, 2011. All Program of Works and Estimates must be duly endorsed by the District Supervisor/ Coordinating Principal. :
