A Little About Myself I am a native of Bentonia MS. I attended Yazoo County Public Schools and graduated from Yazoo County High School in 2008. I graduated from Tougaloo College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English in 2015.

I love teaching and have always wanted to be a teacher. I also work as the minister of music for my church and play piano. A few of my favorite things are books Starbucks music and education.

Classroom Procedures BE ON TIME You not only hurt yourself by missing class time but you disrupt your classmates learning.

Classroom Procedures continued… Enter the room quietly. Check the board for Do-Now Assignment. Be Seated when the bell rings. FAILURE TO DO THIS WILL RESULT IN 10 POINTS DEDUCTED FROM YOUR WEEKLY PARTICIPATION GRADE

Classroom Rules Attend to personal needs before coming to class. You will not be allowed to leave to go to the bathroom counselor’s office teacher’s room etc. I’m still waiting to go to the bathroom

Classroom Rules continued… Bring all needed materials to class. Respect your classmates and their properties. Remain in your set unless you have permission.

Classroom Rules continued… You are in high school. Be responsible and complete all assignments by the assigned date. Turning in work late will result in the letter grade dropping each class day the assignment is late. If you are absent it is your responsibility to get the missed assignments.
