Connectivism :Connectivism A theory that presumes that learning occurs
as part of a social network of many diverse
connections and ties made possible by various
tools of technology. Key elements about learning:
1. Rests in diversity of opinions.
2. A process of connecting information sources.
3. Maintaining connections to facilitate continual learning.
Why? :Why? Teaches students how to:
1. Take control of their learning.
2. Make new connections with others who will strengthen the learning process.

Web 2.0 Tools Uses a RSS reader to gather information. 2. Uses a BLOG to share knowledge with the world. 3. Uses digital audio player (MP3) to learn on the go. 4. Uses VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) to talk with others. 5. Uses wikis, websites, slideshows, videos, and widgets to create an online project.
