If you don’t go to your hearing, your restraining order will expire and your case will be dismissed. Tips for the hearing: : Tips for the hearing: Plan to arrive early Prepare to be there for a few hours If you need to step out of the courtroom, tell a clerk or the bailiff Stay in the courtroom until you have received all your paperwork and the clerk says it’s okay to leave Restraining Order Hearings: : Restraining Order Hearings: Redwood City: Every Wednesday, 2pm-5pm – Redwood City Courthouse, 4th Floor So.
