Many containers end up stacked at ports. The energy saved by transforming a single container into a home, rather than melting it down, can power a standard 70-watt light bulb for up to 15 years. Through the use of an ISBU system, we can radically reduce the amount of trees needed for a home by as much as 99 percent. The system is green, easy, and inexpensive. With pre-manufactured building systems, there is no guesswork for fitting. They are built to specifications and are consistent every time they arrive on site. The savings come from reducing the on-site labor and shortening the materials list. Cost Effectiveness : Cost Effectiveness The 4 bedroom home is 3,000 square feet. A traditional house with wood framing would have cost the family at least $400,000, but instead cost the family only $175,000. That’s $58 per square foot. This home took only 10 months to build out. the containers are dropped into place in less than a day, and then after wards the interior is built out. …..Continued : …..Continued The house is made up of eight containers A smartly placed below grade container forms a swimming pool. The prefabricated nature of the containers allows 70% of construction to occur off site, greatly reducing construction waste. Benefits of Building With Containers : Benefits of Building With Containers It is less harmful to the environment to reuse the containers than to recycle them Fast construction Disaster proof Low cost Meet building codes Easily customizable Low maintenance Remodeling and additions can be built off site and put in place in one day Creating a Structure : Creating a Structure Containers are manufactured with heavy-gauge Corten steel to make them strong and fairly impervious to the elements. These are ideal building blocks and can be stacked up to nine rows high without compromising their structural integrity. This model shows how shipping containers are converted for use as building blocks in a modernist design that is eco-friendly, efficient, durable, and visually exciting. Disaster Proof Homes : Disaster Proof Homes Water-Tight Termite Proof Hurricane Proof Fire Resistant Virtually Sound Proof Mold free Ceramic Paint Insulation : Ceramic Paint Insulation Ceramic paints and coatings are already widely used as the ultimate Eco-Green insulation solution Once applied to a ISBU container module, the thin coating will reflect both extreme heat and also UV rays before it even enters your home or other structure. The ceramic coating can be used any paint type, and applied to walls, roofs, heat ducts, pipes. 100% non-toxic Compatible with every material and surface Safe in rivers, lakes, and streams Highly effective and only one millimeter thick New Solar Technology AppliedBiosolar LinkBlue Energy Solar Turbine Link : New Solar Technology AppliedBiosolar LinkBlue Energy Solar Turbine Link You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
