1. Home Tab: This tab provides b asic commands for creating and formatting slides with customization of font size, font type, font color, etc.

2. Insert Tab: It has command options for inserting objects on slides like tables, pictures, clip-art, photo-album, shapes, smart art, charts, text box, Word Art, symbols, movies, sound etc.

3. Design Tab: It enables you to adjust the page setup, slide orientation, design themes, change colors, add effects and background styles.

4. Animations Tab: It has command options for adding visual effects to the object to make PowerPoint more interactive.
