PowerPoint Presentation: 

Microsoft PowerPoint offers a rich assortment of predesigned templates to make your slides look interactive. But, PowerPoint lets you do even more than that. You can customize the templates to simply experiment with what sort of look and feel is best for your presentation style. With just a few clicks, you can change the font style, alter the color scheme, insert graphics of your choice and much more.

PowerPoint Presentation: 

Go to View tab, click Slide Master option in Master Views group. Everything you will put in the master slide will show in every presentation you create

PowerPoint Presentation: 

To change the background of the slides, select the master slide, right-click and select Format Background option.

PowerPoint Presentation: 

The window Format Background appears onscreen where you can select Fill option. Select the option you want to enable as a background of your slides- for example, Gradient, pattern fill, etc. Design a gradient or insert an image as the background and select Ok or Apply to All .

PowerPoint Presentation: 

To work with color schemes, you can pick from the Edit Theme group, click Colors dropdown where you can select different shades for your slides.

PowerPoint Presentation: 

To change fonts, right click text or the placeholder that contains text. Select Format Shape option, click Font and then you can make your selections in the Font dialog box.

PowerPoint Presentation: 

To insert a picture or add a shape or text box, simply use the Insert tab and options on the Drawing toolbar.

PowerPoint Presentation: 

To save the File menu, click Save As option and your presentation template is saved.

PowerPoint Presentation: 

Once you exit and restart PowerPoint, the template is available in the Slide Design task pane under Available for Use . Once you apply the template and save the presentation, on restarting the PowerPoint next time, the template appears in the New Presentation task pane under Recently Used Templates .
