The comment feature in PowerPoint 2007 can be used when the owner of the presentation wants share with others for review or their feedback. A user can add, edit or delete the comments with this feature. It enables a person to work professionally with the PowerPoint. What is a Comment feature in PowerPoint 2007?Slide 3: Select the Review tab on the ribbon and click the New Comment button. A comment bubble appears on your slide with your initials with number in a small box next to slide.Slide 4: You can type your comment or notes in the bubble.Slide 5: After you are finished with typing click outside the comment bubble to close it. Only the comment tag, i.e. small box with a reviewer’s initials and comment number is visible.Slide 6: You can move the position of the comment to any side you wish by just dragging the tag around the slide. If you want to edit the content in the comment, simply double-click the tag and the bubble opens again.Slide 7: If you want to delete the comment, click on Delete drop-down menu in the Comments section of Review tab. Then select Delete All Markup on the Current Slide .
