Slide 2: 

Microsoft’s robust PowerPoint presentation software allows you to make your slideshow more vibrant by editing images with Picture Tools feature. It’s not an image-editing tool but it provides you with an option to edit images to prepare a customized slideshow. In this way, you can convey your ideas in an effective and efficient manner.

Slide 3: 

Click on an image object on the slide to enable Picture Tools ribbon in the top menu. Picture Tools ribbon appears and displays various options to a user.

This ribbon is divided into four sections : Adjust , Picture Styles , Arrange and Size .

Slide 5: 

To remove unwanted areas of an image click Remove Background . On clicking this button, a new set of options appear in the top menu. Here, you can use marks to indicate areas to keep or remove from the image object.

Click on Corrections button to improve the sharpness, softness, brightness and contrast of an image. Select Picture Correction Options to widen your choice of editing an image.

Slide 7: 

Select Color button to customize or change the shade of an image and improve its quality. More Variations option provide you with various colors to shade your image. Set Transparent Color option enables you to make a color in the current image transparent. For a wider set of choices of colors, click Picture Color Options .

Slide 8: 

Artistic Effects button enable you to add effects to an image to make it appear look more like a sketch or a painting. You can select Artistic Effects Options for more choice.

Slide 9: 

You can compress or change images and even reset image size with these options.

Slide 10: 

Go to Picture Style section to add border, effects and even layout to a selected image object. Picture Border dropdown helps you to specify the width, shade and line style for the outline of the selected shape. Picture Effects dropdown enables you to apply effects to an image like a glow, shadow, reflection or 3-D rotation. Picture Layout dropdown helps you to convert the selected images to a SmartArt graphic to easily arrange, resize or add caption to the images.

Arrange section displays options to adjust, rotate or align an image object according to your requirement. Bring Forward dropdown helps you to move any selected object forward. Send Backward dropdown enables you to move an object backwards to other objects on the slide. Selection Pane makes you select individual objects to change their visibility and order. Group download helps you to group objects together so that they can be treated as single object Align dropdown helps you to align the edges of multiple selected objects Rotate dropdown helps you to rotate or flip the selected object

Size section enables you to crop unwanted portions of a picture or change the height and width to match your requirements.
