Slide 2: 

Click on View tab in the top-menu to access different ways to view your presentation. Its divided into seven different sections: Presentation Views , Master Views , Show , Zoom , Color/Grayscale , Window and Macros .

Slide 3: 

The Presentation Views section lets you choose how you wish to view the slides while editing the presentation.

Slide 4: 

The Master Views section lets you choose how you can print out the slides.

Slide 5: 

The Show section chooses whether to show the ruler, gridlines on the slide or use Guides option to align the objects on the slide. Select Guides option to show adjustable drawing guides to align objects on the slide. Turn on Gridlines to align objects in the document. Select Ruler option to measure and line up the objects in the documents.

Slide 6: 

The Zoom section helps you to zoom in on the slide or to fit it into the window.

Slide 7: 

The Color/Grayscale section provides you option of the slides being in color, grayscale or pure black and white.

Slide 8: 

The Window section opens a new window for you with the current view. You can also arrange how you want to view all open windows and switch between them.

Slide 9: 

The Macros section displays previously recorded macros or records new ones. On clicking Macros button, a pop-up window opens where you can view the list of macros to run, create or delete any of them.

Slide 10: 

View tab helps you to find out different ways to view the slides in your presentation. It helps you manage your content in a better manner possible. You get a customized print out of your slides in the form of notes, slide master, etc. You can zoom in and out and even adjust the colors of your slides. Split the window into two for comparison or switch between them with this feature. Use macros or ruler and gridlines to your convenience.
