Premium member Presentation Transcript Interior Design*Painting A Mural* : Interior Design*Painting A Mural* Lindsey Cook Interesting Facts : Interesting Facts One interesting fact is that depending on the environment, certain murals can set a specific mood Interesting Fact : Interesting Fact Tempera is a method where the pigments are bound with egg yolk and has been diluted in water. Graffiti : Graffiti is vandalism Cleanup takes a lot of money out of budgets 50-70% of graffiti is created by teens 12-19 Motivations are rebellion, fame, self-expression, and power Graffiti Research and Product : Research and Product Learned that murals really affect surroundings in different ways Helped my understanding in painting the wall The materials have to be good in value and quality It was different than research because you have to know what to use Product : Product I painted a mural on my wall Interior design refers to the creative decoration of a wall I used techniques that I researched on in my paper. 5 steps : 5 steps Painted the black background Sketched the “Hill” Blended all the colors for a realistic look Went over it with a glitter paint to give it a snow texture Painted Jack and Sally together as my final step Slide 9: Before After Slide 11: This is my finished product in my room for my Senior Project. Community Involvement : Community Involvement The Art Guild in Tellico Village Volunteered there to help in watercolor classes Chose it because my product is very close in relation with painting Conclusion : Conclusion Painting is not as simple as it sounds Different techniques, materials, and paints Everything I have learned helped with my knowledge on art for my future plans for college I learned to be very patient with myself and not to procrastinate You do not have the permission to view this presentation.
