Page 1 : 

Page 1 Return Home When text is highlighted and formatted as a Hyperlink the color will change based on the Slide Design assigned to the slide. The color of the Text (button) can be controlled by selecting - Format > Slide Design > Color Schemes > Edit Color Schemes…

Page 2 : 

Page 2 Selecting the Text Box and formatting it as the Hyperlink retains the original color of the text. The Text Box by default is invisible. Continue

Slide 4: 

Action Buttons can be inserted to perform a variety of functions. The color of the Action Buttons can be controlled by double clicking on the button. Return Home

Page 3 : 

Page 3 To Require someone to use buttons it is necessary to turn off the “Advance slide On mouse click” feature. Also the “Advance slide Automatically after a certain amount of time must be disabled. Slide Transitions can still occur, but will happen when the Hyperlink is pressed. Return Home

Since the advance on click is turned off it is necessary to add an End Show button to allow someone to quit the PowerPoint presentation This should be added at a logical location during the presentation. It does not need to be after the last slide.
