HAVELI- INCREDIBLE INDIA:

HAVELI- INCREDIBLE INDIA Under one roof availability of food of different states (Punjab, Rajasthan,U.P., Delhi etc.) by creating their traditional environment and serving with originality, servers wearing traditional dresses and with traditional ambience. This will be a chain of food restaurants with name haveli-incredible India. DIFFERENT BLOCKS, INTERRELATED

Marketing research:

Marketing research First we will conduct a proper marketing research about our business and make an assumption that if 100 people visit to a place where HAVELI is located at least 60% visitors will come to our restaurant. It will take following steps- > take random samples from different states, make clusters and go to stratified sampling. > hypothesis testing- Ho: #= 60% H1: #> 60% > apply z and t test and after we accept null hypothesis, we will move forward. (Besides this statically tool we will also use opinion polling method to confirm our assumption) As it is in introduction so we will do TOWS analysis.

MARKETING STRATEGIES:

MARKETING STRATEGIES Product- (service) In starting only five HAVELI,s will be opened. Price- different prices for different states products, full cost pricing and skimming. Place- location will be at highways either near to city or at least at a distance of 100 km. from city, connecting highways to these states. Its location and name itself a part of marketing strategies.

SEGMENTATION AND TARGETING:

SEGMENTATION AND TARGETING Make different segments of market on basis of demographic, psychographic, behavioral and buying factors. Target premium segment and tourists. (According to pareto principle 80% of business comes from 20% customers).

ADVERTISING:

ADVERTISING Media for advertising –Internet, T.V., Radio( Fm channels). Places for advertising- airports, bus stand, railway station, highways through posters and hoardings. Message to convey- to aware people and touching their feeling with Indian culture. Expenditure of advertisement in starting will be according to our affordability, later on it will depend on sales ( 10% of annual sales).

HR PLANNING:

HR PLANNING For one HAVELI we will require 20 employees. So total we need around 100 employees. We will recruit and select person in following manner- Cooks, having specialty in food of different states. Supporting staff Managing staff Group line managers

This all process of selection will be done with proper allocation of resources (hiring within budget) After that their training, performance management by MBO, CHECKING SCALES, RATING SCALES etc. H.R. department will perform its responsibility in welfare, salaries and wages, health and security etc. All departments It, Finance, Marketing, HR will be working together, connected with HRIS.
