This is fundamental in any democratic system: the citizens' right to know. Access to documents is an essential tool for democracy and now we want to improve it."

eGovernment services and users concerns :25 eGovernment services and users concerns Clients are unlikely to use eGovernment services without a guarantee of security and privacy: they need to be reassured that the information government collects will be used responsibly and protected from abuse.

eGovernment services – security :26 eGovernment services – security Government agencies at all levels (local, regional, central, and international) protect their computer systems by: Installing firewalls & anti-virus software; Protecting sensitive data; Developing and implementing adequate policies; Undertaking constant training of personnel.
