Organization :
Organization Since you now have at least five teachers, organization is a must. Keep a separate folder for each class. Remember to write down all important dates in your planner.
Grading Scale :
Grading Scale Middle school students have a grading scale that gives letter grades of (A=90-100%, B=80-89%, C=70-79%, D=60-69, F=0-59%).
Promotion Requirements to Enter the Next Grade :
Promotion Requirements to Enter the Next Grade Students must pass the FCAT with a level 2 in reading and math or 25% in reading and math on the NRT.
Students must pass 4 out of six of their academic classes.
To pass a class you need an average of “D”.
Participation in Sports or Clubs :
Participation in Sports or Clubs Students need a 2.0 grade point average
Student need positive behavior
Students must arrange to have parents pick them up after every event.
