What is the STaR Chart?:
What is the STaR Chart? School Technology and Readiness It is an assessment of the State of Texas in the progress of meeting technology requirements. The chart is a result of the Texas Long Range Technology Plan of 2006-2020 It is required that all school teachers and librarians in the State of Texas participate .
Why do we have STaR?:

How have we improved? We have a Smart Board, projector, and document camera in every classroom. We have added monthly technology training for facilitating learning. We are sending more teachers to technology professional development. We are adding more computers to classrooms each year.
