The present study aims at measuring the accuracy of early screening tests for detection of colonic cancer. This will help physicians to picking up cases as early as possible that will be reflected on the case prognosis. The aim of the current study is to determine the best treatment of uncomplicated cases of type II DM to help the treating physician in preventing or at least delaying complications as much as possible.
