This is the 10/40 Window

2.8 Billion People in the world are unreached… That’s 41% of the World Population.

Slide 5: 

“Unreached” does not mean that they do not know Jesus. “Unreached” means that if they WANTED to know Jesus, they couldn’t. There would be no way to find Him.

Over 90% of them live here in the 10/40 window.

Slide 7: 

They have no way of hearing the gospel of Jesus Christ unless someone goes to them.

But what if they came… TO US?

This is Layla .

She is from Iraq.

Layla has come to Baton Rouge as a Refugee. She has learned about Jesus through people she has met at The Chapel. She now prays to Jesus.

This is Huan .

Huan came to Baton Rouge as an LSU graduate student. She has learned about Jesus through people she has met at The Chapel. Huan now confesses Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.

Because of relationships being built, Huan was able to hear about Jesus.

125,000 new immigrants every month come to the U.S. . . . 60% of them are from the 10/40 window

500,000 new international students come to the U.S. every year . . . 85% of them are from the 10/40 window.
