Clothing in Peru in the 1990’s During the 1990’s in Peru, most people of my generation wore t- shirts with surfing designs. Usually they were red, blue, yellow, and white The most popular brands were Billabong, Gotcha , and OP Because of the demand, these brands became expensive. There were cheaper brands, but their quality and designs weren’t too good. Short sleeved t-shirts were used during the day and long sleeved t-shirts were w orn at night.
