Engineered Roof : Karsten uses 4 layers per section of ½" CDX Plywood 18" deep. This makes a true 4" X 18" laminated beam the entire length of the home when joined together.
We offer 20 and 30lb Standard – and the option of 40, 60, 80, or 120-lb roof loads.
Shingles are Owens-Corning fiberglass with a 25-year warranty
There is an optional 4/12 or 6/12 pitch roof.
Standard 12" eaves on all sides.
Ceilings
5/8" sheetrock, screwed to trusses.
Siding
Hardipanel "Weather Board Siding" is a standard feature. It is concrete fiberboard siding that will not sweat or mildew and is EASY to paint. It also has a 50-year warranty.
Paint / Tape and Texture
"Dulux Paint", rated as one of the best satin paints for interior and exterior.
Tape and Textured throughout including closets.
Windows
Kinro Dual Pane Vinyl Thermal Insulated Glass windows with a 5-year warranty.
