This is the way I prepare my own fried rice! I can say this is a basic Indonesian fried rice! I love to cook and eat fried rice, so, want to share it with people who love to cook and eat fried rice also! It just so easy and quick! (this one is the video version)

Nasi Goreng(Indonesian Fried Rice) : 

Nasi Goreng, literally meaning "fried rice" in Bahasa Indonesia, can refer simply to fried pre-cooked rice, to a meal including fried rice accompanied with other items, or to a more complicated fried rice, typically spiced with tamarind and chilli and including other ingredients, particularly egg and prawns. But now, in this presentation, I will share with you, they way I cook my own fried rice! Nasi Goreng(Indonesian Fried Rice)

Ingredients : 

Ingredients One Onion 5 Chili, and make a chili sauce from them A small portion of Chili Flakes Two Sticks of Green Onion One-Two Table Spoon of Sweet Soy Souce Salt and Pepper 2 Eggs Of course, a portion Rice!

What you need to do? : 

add in salt, pepper, chili flakes, and stir the whole thing What you need to do? chop onion and green onion fine, fry until they are limp Add in chilly sauce, sweet soy sauce and keep stirring

and then… : 

and then… put rice in, make sure it's loose and the sauce gets on every rice in another pan, make an omelet (need to do it quick) mix the rice and omelet, yes, stir them again… it almost done, be passion!

and, last steps… : 

and, last steps… take an egg, stir it well before pouring on top of the rice keep your stirring position for another 5-7 minutes until you see the rice is dry taste it before serving…

If you want it well presented, prepare some garnish, like slices of cucumber and tomato, sausage, fried egg, and shrimp chips
