Lengthen or shorten the headband until it fits comfortably. For monaural, position the T-bar above your ear. For binaural, position the headset receivers so that the foam cushions sit comfortably over the center of your ears.

Rotate the microphone to adjust the left or right ear wearing
Attach the clothing clip on the cloth. The clothing clip keeps the headset properly seated. Operation of the headsets

Position the voice tube or microphone boom with two finger-widths from the corner of your mouth.
Carefully bend and shape the boom with both hands as shown. Avoid bending or twisting the boom near the microphone or earpiece. And make sure the front of the microphone faces your mouth. (Noise canceling models) Operation of the headsets

The QD allows you to place a call on hold and move away from the phone without removing the headset.
Before using your headset, join the QD to the mating connector of the modular adapter cable.
To put your call on hold, grasp Quick Disconnect, as shown, and pull straight apart. To resume your conversation, reconnect the halves. Operation of the headsets

Confirm have switch to the headset
Confirm the volume is set to suitable
Confirm the configuration have been rightly set through your soft phone (Persono Suite)

Turn up the soft phone receive volume to the high end of the adjustment range.
