Purpose of a Resume Formal, organized summary of your job and job-related experiences, education and skills that shows you are qualified for the job. Sparks the employer’s interest to call you for an interview. Tool to market your skills, work experience and accomplishments.

References in resume:

References in resume Resume references plays a dual role, i.e. as a supportive body for a candidate and the authenticating body for an employer. The company asks for many details, resume references is one of the information the company needs from the applicant.

Consider various aspects while giving resume references. Broadly the references can be of following types: personal contacts business or professional contacts social contacts
