Since 1971 In view of the above, We hereby propose that the following procedures has to be followed so that absolute
Transparency is observed .
1. On reeiving the requested documents ,We shall submit Letter of Offer and on acceptance of our Offer
Letter the Managaing Committee will issue us a confirmation and appointment
Letter as Developer of the said Society.
2. Thereafter, It is very important that a General Body resolution has to be passed by the Soceity, that the
Society is interested and willing to go in for redevelopment, and have accepted and confirmed us,
as the Developer appointed for redevelopemnt, thus Moving towards Safer Homes
and the said resolution has to be signed individually by all the 40 members of the Society.
On receiving the General Body resolution, A Development Agreement and Power of Attorney and
Individaul Agreement with all the 40 memebers of the Society will have to be executed and registered.
to be signed by the Society and then we will apply and get the NOC from Mhada, as
the land belongs to the Mhada Authorities.
On receiving the NOC, and on getting the vacant possession, we shall proceed with the Development.
