Formal Rights Manager has got formal rights in an organization because of his status. Rights are not available to a leader. Mutual Relationship All managers are leaders. All leaders are not managers. Followers People follow manager by virtue of job description. People follow them on voluntary basis.

Which Style do I use? Not all situations can be handled by the same leadership style. A good leader is one who has all the leadership traits and can appropriately use the different leadership styles.
