ADAM CROFT Adam has extensive experience renting rooms to professional tenants within the West Midlands mainly around Birmingham. After seeing competition increase with landlord’s year on year as more and more people are teaching property strategies and landlords are educating themselves how to achieve higher rents with less voids Adam identif ed a need for quality durable time saving pre-assembled furniture that looks good. He partnered up with Eddy Scarrett in order to supply landlords with a great product at a great price. Together they co-founded HMO Furniture. EDWARD SCARRETT Edward Eddy has been in the furniture trade most of his life. He met Adam whilst Adam was stressed out building f at pack furniture whilst trying to source beds for one of his f rst 7 bed HMO’s on Gillott Road in Edgbaston Birmingham. Not only did Eddy supply the beds and help with the set up he also supplied the furniture pre-assembled for all Adams HMO’s from that day forth. It was only a matter of time before they teamed up and now supply switched on Landlords nationwide. Eddy is still very “hands on” and runs a tight ship overseeing operations run smoothly daily. ALEX GLOSTER Alex has extensive experience setting up and staging HMO’s from scratch and has worked loyally with Adam previously for years as a letting manager. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. Returning an unwanted item once delivered the price will be refunded at our individual item price less 35 repacking and restocking fee. 2. Orders amended less than 5 days after fnal order confrmation has been issued may result in your delivery date having to be put back. 3. If builders are working on site and you still ask us to deliver the furniture but we are unable to build the items and position the items in the correct rooms please note your warranty will be void as we cannot be responsible for how your builders move / assemble our products. 6. If we arrive at your property and the property is not ready and we have to return another day there will be a re delivery charge of £400 plus vat as we have lost that van for the day. 7. When using one of our 3rd part fnance companies please note 14 days are required from fnal order confrmation to arrange the fnance and deliver / install. 8. Our three year guarantee covers manufacturing defects not tenant missuse. 47
