Homeowner - if selected then you are done with this item. When a homeowner requests maintenance for this item they will be told that it is not an association responsibility and they can be directed to the Home Services section to assist in finding a vendor. Association - if selected then choose to: Pre-Approved and select a vendor, then the vendor will be sent an email automatically when a maintenance request is submitted. Pre-Approved and do not select a vendor, then the Primary Manager will receive an email stating that the maintenance request is pre-approved but a vendor will need to be assigned. Not Pre-Approved then the Primary Manager will receive an email stating that the maintenance request needs approval and a vendor will need to be assigned. NA - if selected then you are done with this item. This item will not be displayed for homeowners to select when requesting maintenance.
