Initial deadline: 30 November 2003; only 29% of the final number of extended abstracts was received.
Extended deadline: 12 December 2003; 65% of the submitted papers were received between 1 and 12 December 2003.
Some late papers submitted after 12 December were also accepted (6% of total)
447 papers were accepted for presentation and publication in the Proceedings volumes and CD.
