Telmart Institute of Marketing Inbound TIM offers integrated or stand-alone solutions to optimize customer interactions across all channels, including the telephone, Internet, mail and fax. Management of our client’s inbound sales and service programs is accomplished in our two (2) Customer Contact Centers. We offer both “dedicated” and “shared” environments. Highly trained representatives access customer history records and interact on-line. TIM specializes in direct response programs that often require program specific customer education, sales and service skills. Outbound TIM specializes in generating customers for a variety of companies. Our outbound program services include: direct sales, lead generation, prospect contacting/calling, and customized reporting. Once provided with an ASCII prospect list, the predictive dialing system will increase productivity from 50% to 300%. Management and production of our client’s sales and service programs are performed utilizing representatives who are carefully selected, highly educated and service oriented. Our representatives receive on-going training in listening and probing skills through partnership with Delaware County Community College.

Telmart Institute of Marketing Market Research TIM specializes in customized market research for a wide range of businesses and organizations. Our customers choose to partner with us because we are committed to high quality market research and data collection, both business-to-business and business-to-customer. TIM’s data collection methodologies include Quantitative and Qualitative services.. Our specialized team of interviewers receive on-going training to enhance their interviewing skills in probing and communicating with people at all levels. Order Processing TIM ’s Order Processing capability is client driven/client specific, and delivered as per the Statement of Work during the Planning phase. In both an Outbound (Sales) and Inbound environment, deliverables may be processed via FAX, e-mail, on on-line access to Static IP within the Client Company and by Client choice. E-mail Response TIM ’s E-mail Response as defined in the Statement of Work, is dependent on client’s needs, and serves as an excellent tool to enhance quality and reduce cycle time. This tool is frequently utilized for order or appointment confirmation. In response to product inquiries, we also offer an option of multiple responses triggered by “key” work recognition.

Telmart Institute of Marketing Fulfillment TIM ’s Inbound and Direct Response Service Department supports our clients’ fulfillment needs by employing a full-time staff. Letter shop and warehousing activities are performed at the TIM warehouse, IVR TIM’s sophisticated Interactive Voice (IVR) system offers numerous options as an alternative to a real-time representative. Help Desk Support TIM maintains a staff of highly skilled Information Technology Consultants on a retainer basis. Based on client needs, these consultants can be retained to support both hardware and software trouble-shooting. Consulting TIM offers seasoned Account Executives to support each client program from general information gathering and research through program design, development, and implementation. The Account Executive acts as the Program Manager providing direction to Information Technology Specialists and Representatives for each specific Program. This process has proven successful in effective script development, list uploading, list preparation, data delivery and representative preparation.

Our executives are members of the board of Directors for the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association and the American Teleservices Association. Additionally, we continue to examine best in class Center Operations and measurement systems through our relationship with the Benchmarking Telemarketing Association . Our corporate headquarters and adjacent Call Center Operations facility is located in Collingdale, PA where we currently have a sixty (60) seat capacity.
