How does authorPOINT Lite work? 1 Import Your Presentation Select ‘Add Presentation option’ through the File menu

You can import one presentation OR multiple presentations saved in a folder Click on ‘Import Now’ button.

2 Create/Edit Profile Settings Select ‘Options’ via Tools menu.

Create a new profile by clicking on ‘New’. Add your primary info. To set it as default profile, click on ‘Set as Default’ button. Create Profile

Select the Color and Layout of the output To set the selected template as default template, click on ‘Set as Default/ button. Select Template

Select Presentation’s Settings Make appropriate selections from the available options Select a default location where your presentations will be saved by clicking on ‘Change’. Click on Ok

3 Easy Upload to authorSTREAM Go to ‘Upload to authorSTREAM’ via Tools menu. Enter your authorSTREAM username and password. You can edit a presentation’s details by clicking on Edit Details. Select the presentation(s) to be uploaded and click on Upload.
