Self Respect:

Self Respect Teach others how to treat you. We all deserve to be treated well and teach others how to treat us by our reactions to them. Keep a record of events. Express your feelings by writing them down, and if things get too bad, showing someone the diary is a good way to help someone understand what you are going through. Talk to someone. Ask for help, and keep asking until you get it. Treat others the way you want to be treated. This should be a model for how all relationships should go. Being a victim of a bully is rarely something that you can control, but you can control your own response to others.
