Do you know the color of the Ten Commandments? “And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying, Speak unto the children of Israel, and bid them that they make them fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put upon the fringe of the borders a ribband of blue: And it shall be unto you for a fringe, that ye may look upon it, and remember all the commandments of the LORD, and do them; and that ye seek not after your own heart and your own eyes, after which ye use to go a whoring: That ye may remember, and do all my commandments, and be holy unto your God .” (Num 15:37-40)

What were the Ten Commandments actually like?:

What were the Ten Commandments actually like? Exo 32:16 And the tables were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God, graven upon the tables.

What was that work of God the tables were made of?:

What was that work of God the tables were made of? Exo 24:9-10 Then went up Moses, and Aaron, Nadab , and Abihu , and seventy of the elders of Israel: And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone , and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness.

What does God‘s throne look like?:

Ez 1:26 And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone : and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it. What does God‘s throne look like?

What is the foundation of God‘s throne?:

What is the foundation of God‘s throne? Psa 97:2 Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation (=foundation) of his throne. Now what is righteousness? And what is judgment based upon? Psa 119:172 My tongue shall speak of thy word: for all thy commandments are righteousness. Jas 2:12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. God’s throne is founded on His Law – the Ten Commandments

The Law of Liberty

Proverbs 7:1-3 My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye. Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart. :

Proverbs 7:1-3 My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye. Bind them upon thy fingers , write them upon the table of thine heart.

How many fingers? How many Commandments? :

Bind them upon thy fingers... Bind = קשׁר = qâshar „... to tie... mentally (in love, league), to join together...“ (Strong‘s Concordance, H7194) :

The fourth Commandment: Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work: But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. - Exodus 20:8-11 :

Could the Sabbath of the fourth Commandment really be compared to an engagement ring – the special sign of God‘s covenant of love between Him and His people?:

Could the Sabbath of the fourth Commandment really be compared to an engagement ring – the special sign of God‘s covenant of love between Him and His people? Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: Eze 20:20 And hallow my sabbaths ; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the LORD your God.

The Sabbath seals God‘s covenant of love as expressed in the Ten Commandments. That is also why the fourth Commandment contains all three components of a seal: Name, title, and jurisdiction of the Lawgiver. :
