Creative Campus : Creative Campus Vision: In support of the University mission and plan: to provide and exceptional student learning experience to act as an intellectual and cultural focus for Kent by building on areas of excellence, to provide creative opportunities that are accessible to all Creative Campus : Creative Campus Key objectives: Develop University-wide vision of educational, arts and cultural activities to nurture creativity and innovation Increase awareness of campus environment through supporting creative approaches to best environmental practice Provide facilities and opportunities for reflection to support L&T, as well as personal wellbeing and development Creative Campus : Creative Campus Features: Fully inclusive – all staff and students*(& community) Adaptable to all campuses Promotes environmental sustainability* Creates the culture for change* Enhances the University reputation ‘fosters and celebrates creativity’? *Staff Survey 2008 Change Academy : Change Academy HEA Change Academy is a year-long programme of support for teams from higher education institutions that enables them to develop the knowledge, capacity and enthusiasm for achieving complex institutional change. It provides unique opportunities for team-based learning and professional development that focus on the strategic interests and needs of the participating institutions.
