This is no scam After a dodgy business deal, I found myself with no business and no income. For the last 12mths i have struggled to get back on my feet with the help from my mum who has worked tirelessly with me and for me to get my business off the ground, all with no payment from me. She recently tried to borrow against her house to consolidate my debts and help me reduce my payments, as this is what is crippling me. Because she is over 60 and the banks are now very careful who they loan money to, they knocked her back because technically she has no income and regardless of the loan being for me, she cant pay it back which is what the banks are looking at.

This is no scam I am not after “ free”money . I am looking for someone who can loan me $350k to consolidate my debts and pay out my mortgage so that I can start to pay my mum and allow her to have a slightly easier life in her old age. I am not looking for handouts as I have a strong work ethic and know with a payment arrangement I can pay the money back over a period of time, whether it is monthy repayments, or we set a limit of say 10yrs when I either pay in full plus agreed interest OR i sell my house and pay it all back from the sale. I am used to struggling, its not about me, my fear is that my mum will pass away (her parents passed at 58 and 62yrs of age) before I get a chance to pay her and give her in return what she has worked her butt off to give me.

This is no scam I will enter this legally with the assistance of a solicitor, as I said, im not looking for freebies. I KNOW there are some ridiculously wealthy people in this city who could possibly help me, all im doing now, is asking. If you dont ask, you dont know.
