Fight Between Spectators In combination with the aggressive game of hockey, differing opinions of fans, and alcohol, it can lead to spectators interacting with each other in a physical altercation. Napolitano v. Madison Square Garden, Inc. While attending a New York Rangers hockey game, one spectator claimed that he got into an altercation with another spectator, which led to the spectator, Napolitano, to file for negligence against the arena owners . What are the concerns? How do we deal with it?
