Surveyor will check the quantity and quality and inform to the plant. Agent complete the custom procedures and send the PRODUCT to WAREHOUSE. Agent will send the copy of receipt ( challan ) to plant for document checking. Issue vehicle entry pass. Heavy load vehicle will enter the company and go through the weigh bridge. Three copies of weightment slip will be passed to accounts department one for company second for exporter and last one for head office. They send to the head office through mail.
